Shortly after the announcement, Cora said in an interview with Der Spiegel that her ex-husband’s announcement “was like a stab in the heart.”
And she added: ‘Today I feel used during the marriage. I feel like I’ve wasted my best years. I ask myself many questions. Was he honest with me?

The property’s asking price is over £4 million, significantly more than the last time it was listed.
Ralf and Cora’s former family home, built in 2001, has an indoor swimming pool.
There is another swimming pool located outdoors in the large garden of the five-bed property.
But Ralf later accused Cora of lying and posted screenshots of an alleged WhatsApp exchange from last year in which Cora appeared to congratulate Etienne on their union, indicating that Cora knew about it all along, a move she has since denounced. as “pathetic” and “illegal.” .
Cora has since accused Ralf of lying in a television interview in which he claimed that she had blocked his number and social media profiles.
She was recently said to be seeking further clarification on her ex-husband’s claim and had ordered her legal team to send a letter to Ralf’s lawyers stating that the allegation was false.
Ralf, Cora and their son David, now 22, lived together in a five-bedroom villa in Hallwang, 16 kilometers north of Salzburg.
Marlies Muhr Real Estate is now putting that property up for sale, currently asking for €4.85 million, equivalent to £4.07 million.

This is not the first time the property has come on the market. It was listed by two agents in 2016, when the asking price was €3.85 million.
According BILDThe house proved difficult to sell last time due to its proximity to a busy main road, which is said to be very noisy.
Despite this, Cora apparently wanted to stay and raise David there. But Ralf reportedly insisted she leave after their divorce in 2015.
According to the latest listing, the house, described as a “fairytale villa”, was built in 2001 and is in an “idyllic location in Hallwang/Mayrwies, close to the city, next to a charming stream”.
It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large garden, enough parking space for 10 cars and two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor.
Cora was furious after seeing the new listing and photos of her old family home.
She reacted using Instagram on Friday when she wrote: “It’s a shame to try again (and by this I do NOT mean the media) twisting the facts and casting myself in the wrong light.”
‘Photographs of the house circulated on the real estate pages about ten years ago, when Ralf Schumacher already tried to sell the house, without resorting to discreet marketing! If this had happened, these images would not be on the Internet today! So those looking for who is responsible should turn to my ex-husband as soon as possible.’
Ralf’s niece recently got married in another luxury villa. Gina Schumacher, daughter of seven-time F1 world champion Michael Schumacher, married her boyfriend Iain Bethke at the family’s luxurious home in Mallorca, which they bought for £27 million in 2017.
Guests were reportedly banned from bringing their phones to the wedding amid reports that Michael was present. The 55-year-old has been virtually missing from public life since his life-changing 2013 skiing incident that left him in a devastating coma.
A statement issued almost a year after the accident told fans that he was no longer in a coma and was “continuing a long phase of rehabilitation,” but few details of his condition have since been revealed.
