Actor Michael Rapaport has made an impassioned appeal in a newly released ‘Super Bowl Ad’ to raise awareness for the 134 hostages who remain stranded in Gaza.

The commercial, released to coincide with the Super Bowl, although it did not actually air on television, officially launched the website of LifeShiftr.com.

The new site allows people to contact representatives of their local governments to help continue to raise the plight of hostages held captive by Hamas terrorists after the October 7 attack.

In the video, Rapaport performs and does deep breathing exercises while attempting a tree pose while running water and chimes ringing in the background, as if he were promoting a new wellness product.

‘This is the new Michael Rapaport. LifeShiftr.com truly changes lives. Has my life changed?’ he asks. But within seconds his Zen-like demeanor becomes explosive.

“Well, fuck no, but do you know whose life can change the 136 hostages who are still being raped and tortured in Gaza by Hamas terrorist bastards right now?” he said.

Rapaport says in the video: ‘LifeShiftr.com allows you to automatically contact your local representatives and demand the release of all hostages now!’ “It’s a really fucked up app.”

‘Not only will you change lives… you will save lives… so use the app, don’t use it, I don’t give a damn, but call your reps… do it now. do it during a touchdown – do it during halftime… tree pose… armadillo pose… I don’t give a damn… Let’s take them home now. Lifeshiftr.com a real application… try it…’

And, just when you think Rapaport is done talking, he reappears and asks, ‘Did you do it?’

Several of the hostages’ families are seen in the video, including Romy Cohen, who spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com.

Romy’s twin brother, 19-year-old Nimrod Cohen, an IDF soldier and one of the 134 hostages, was taken hostage by the terrorist group on October 7.

Being twins, the couple share an especially close bond.

She and her parents learned that Nimrod had been kidnapped from a video posted by Hamas. He said that since her capture every day has been painful for him and her family to have no proof of life.

She shared her fear and urged others to act now as time is running out.

‘It’s been too long, more than a hundred days and 4 months now. We know they don’t have food. “They are held underground in tunnels without oxygen or sunlight,” she said, in part.

‘I don’t even know if he’s alive, because we don’t know. They don’t have time, every day we hear about more hostages being killed in captivity, and I don’t know who will be next.’

“I don’t know if it’s my brother or one of the other hostages.”

Earlier Monday, the Israeli military said it rescued two male hostages from captivity in the Gaza Strip, more than four months after they were kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Yizhak on October 7.

The two men were rescued from a residential building in the border city of Rafah during a raid that left at least seven people dead.

The military identified the two men, both Argentine-Israeli, as Fernando Simón Marman, 60, and Louis Har, 70. Both were said to be in good medical condition.

Romy said hearing about the release of the hostages was “good news” and they feel a little more “hopeful.”

“We woke up in the morning and watched the news and of course it gave me a lot of hope,” he explained.

Romy Cohen, 19, has been praying for the release of her twin brother who is being held hostage by Hamas.

‘Knowing that it is possible, seeing those people, knowing what they have been through and knowing that everything could end well.

But the uncertainty has been almost unbearable.

“I hope this ends like this for everyone and that we don’t receive 134 coffins because we are so afraid that it will happen.” A lot of time has passed.’

He urged them to visit LifeShiftr.com and contact their local representatives.

Desperate to reunite her family, she asked the public to get involved.

“Reach out to your representatives, and anyone who has the power to do something, even if it’s just raising awareness and posting about something, can really help,” he said.
