He paired the look with jeans and opted for comfort on his feet with a pair of navy sneakers.

Michael slipped a black bag over his shoulder and appeared in a happy mood during his solo walk.

Earlier this month, it was announced that the strip would be playing The Wheel for BBC. Producers said the show would feature celebrity guests, great contestants, and ‘laughing out loud moments’ that would put a new spin on ‘the most exciting fairground attraction’.

As a host, Michael said, “I’m really happy to host a show that reinvents the wheel!

“Contestants will compete to win big bucks, celebrity experts will test their knowledge and I will try desperately to avoid too many puns.

“I just can’t wait to get behind the wheel, I’m dizzy with excitement!”

With cash prizes at stake for the new entertainment series – which will last 10 hours of episodes – is described as ‘fun, laughter and excitement for the whole family’.

The upcoming show was commissioned by Charlotte Moore, director of BBC content, and Kate Phillips, entertainment commissioning controller.

The latter noted, “Michael is the perfect circus director for this unique game that gets celebrities in a good old twist and everyone plays at home.”
