Prior to Burkle’s investment, Neverland had been on the market on and off since 2016.

It fell into disuse after police raided the ranch and charged the King of Pop with seven counts of child abuse.

Although he was acquitted, Jackson vowed never to set foot in the country again.

The ranch featured several guest houses, a 50-seat movie theater, a pool with cabana, and basketball and tennis courts.

Jackson is known for giving the property fantasy touches for his young fans to enjoy when they visited, but several alleged victims have accused him of abusing them at the ranch.
