The plan includes alternating weekends and holidays, and each parent must obtain the other’s consent for any travel with the children outside of California.
Both parents would also be required to consult with each other regarding their children’s “education, health and welfare decisions,” in addition to child care.
Cameron and Vivian are also allowed to use each other as ‘messengers’ or badmouth the other parent when they are around the children.
They are also prohibited from “inhibiting communication with the non-custodial parent at any time.”
Douglas’ filing was a response to Thibes’ petition last week to obtain primary physical and legal custody of their two children.
The petition allowed visits to Douglas while also requesting that Douglas pay all of his legal fees.
Cameron served seven years in prison after pleading guilty to drug distribution charges.
He was released in 2016, and Cameron dated Vivian after his release and welcomed their daughter in 2017.
