Michael Bolton warmly celebrated the holidays with his family a year after revealing his shocking brain tumor diagnosis.
On Wednesday, the To Love Somebody hitmaker, 71, launched into Facebook to share a family photo showing off their cheerful Christmas decorations and festive celebration while wishing their fans the best for the new year.
The iconic singer looked cozy, sporting a Santa hat and smiled as he sat alongside some of his loved ones as they called in to celebrate the special day.
Their home was filled with jovial decorations, sharing a glimpse of their decorated Christmas tree and a host of presents in the background of the photo.
‘I send you warm wishes for a holiday full of peace, love and joy. May the New Year bring health, happiness and countless moments to cherish,” he wrote.
‘Here’s to new beginnings and beautiful moments in 2025!’

Bolton appears to be in good spirits just a year after he revealed he had been diagnosed with brain cancer ahead of the Christmas season, requiring him to undergo “immediate surgery.”
In a heartfelt Facebook post, the Masked Singer alum said: ‘I want to start off by wishing everyone a very happy and healthy new year! I also want to share that 2023 ended up presenting me with some very unexpected challenges.
“Just before the holidays, it was discovered that he had a brain tumor that required immediate surgery.”
With hope and optimism he added: ‘Thanks to my incredible medical team, the surgery was a success. I am now recovering at home and surrounded by the tremendous love and support of my family.’
At the time, the When a Man Loves a Woman hitmaker shared that he will be “dedicating my time and energy to my recovery” and will be “taking a temporary break from touring.”
“It’s always the hardest thing for me to disappoint my fans or postpone a show, but have no doubt that I’m working hard to speed up my recovery and get back to performing soon.”
He made it clear to fans that he is “beyond grateful for all the love and support you have so generously shown me over the years.”
He finished: ‘Please know that I hold your positive messages in my heart and will give you more updates as soon as I can. Much love always, MB.’

According to his official website, the GRAMMY winner is scheduled to vocalize some of his greatest hits in a one-off exclusive show at The O2, London, in July 2025; seen in February 2020
Despite having several shows scheduled for 2024, Bolton canceled some of his October shows because he was “not 100% yet.”
However, fans still have a chance to see a live performance from the Go the Distance singer in July 2025.
According to his and the O2’s official website, the GRAMMY winner is scheduled to perform some of his greatest hits in a one-off exclusive show at London’s O2 in July 2025.
Total Eclipse of the Heart hitmaker Bonnie Tyler is listed as a special guest for the highly anticipated evening.
