Micah Richards recalls the time when former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry gave a cheeky wink after tampering with him during a match.
The ex-Manchester City defender discussed some of the best strikers they’ve played for in the Euros Contest of the Top 10 podcast of the day alongside BBC pundits Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer.
When asked by Lineker whether he considered Henry to be his worst nightmare, Richards replied: ‘Yes, he was because he was fast, he wasn’t strong, but as soon as you touched him, he went for it.

“He was just annoying, there’s nothing you can do. I remember one time we were playing and he megged me and then he winked at me and then he was gone.
“And being an Arsenal fan too, I was like ‘ahhh’.”
Shearer quickly jumped in with a joke at the expense of Richards, adding: “I would have loved to play against you.
“I would have given you more than a wink!”
Both Richards and Shearer were asked to pick their top 10 strikers who had played at the European Championship, with each choosing to pick the same top five.

Henry came in third on the list with Marco van Basten in second and Cristiano Ronaldo in first.
Further up in their top 10 were Shearer himself, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney, Antoine Greizmann and Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Both Richards, Henry and Shearer will be experts for the BBC this summer as they cover the European Championship with Lineker as one of their key presenters.
