Mica Miller’s family has reached a settlement with her ex-husband, South Carolina pastor John-Paul “JP” Miller, three months after his death. “Today John Paul Miller, Solid Rock Church, Inc., and The Estate of Mica Francis Miller, along with the individual members of the Francis family, have reached a full and final settlement agreement,” reads a statement from the pastor’s attorney, Russell B. Long, to the Daily Mail. CBS affiliate.

We only ask that they remember Mica as the wonderful, beautiful soul that she was.”

“I know some of you will be disappointed,” Ward added. “We want to put this behind us and move on to the next chapter that matters. When we say we have obtained justice for Mica as a result of this settlement, we mean it.”
