Mercedes Corby recently shocked her fans by showing off her bold new look on social media, which was a far cry from her signature look.

The sister of convicted drug lord Schapelle Corby, 50, shared a gallery of photos on Instagram earlier this year revealing her stunning makeover.

The Gold Coast-based influencer has said goodbye to her signature highlighted brunette locks and is now sporting a sleek, shoulder-length reddish locks.

The Australian bar owner looked like a completely different person as she flaunted her bold new look during her holiday in Japan.

Mercedes looked absolutely stunning in the amazing photos as she flaunted her hot hairdo with confidence and sent her followers into a frenzy.

Corby’s face was remarkably different from the striking visage she became known for when she supported her sister Schapelle during her trial in Bali in 2005.

METROercedes is a mother of three: she shares sons Wayan Jr. and Nyoman, and daughter Nyeleigh with ex-husband Wayan Widiartha.

After splitting from Widiartha in 2014, Mercedes is now reportedly dating someone new.

Mercedes came to public attention shortly after her sister’s arrest in Bali, Indonesia, in October 2004, where she was found with 4.2kg of marijuana hidden in her surfboard.

She was often photographed visiting her sister where she was being held at Bali’s notorious Kerobokan prison, and Mercedes later briefly embarked on a modelling career, appearing on the cover of men’s magazine Ralph Breaks the Internet in 2008.

Since Schapelle’s conditional release in 2014, the Corby sisters have kept a relatively low profile.

After previously living in Bali, Mercedes returned to Queensland‘s Gold Coast in August 2016.
