The emerging Melbourne Storm whore Harry Grant should be taken to the hospital with an ambulance after he was found outside a stranger's house
The emerging Melbourne Storm whore Harry Grant was allegedly taken to the hospital with an ambulance after he was found outside a stranger's house after a weekend party.
Grant, 21, was reportedly found on Monday at the door of a resident in Richmond – less than 48 hours after the Storm crashed out of the NRL final series after a loss to the Sydney Schedules on Saturday night.
The shocked resident told the Ross and John Rumor File segment of 3AW that he was so concerned about the player he didn't mention in the broadcast that he called an ambulance for him.
Grant is said to have been treated in the hospital for facial wounds.
The Good Samaritan hesitated to further discuss his early morning meeting with the young player because he felt sorry for him & # 39 ;.
Grant is supposed to enjoy a few drinks with Storm teammates after they were bundled by the Rosters from the NRL final series.
The provisional final loss of The Storm this year was only their sixth in 27 games.
Storm players were visibly stripped after the loss.
Melbourne Storm spokesman Paul Munnings said the club was aware that one of his NRL-contracted players was treated in the hospital this morning for facial cuts and will undergo medical tests today.
& # 39; We can confirm that there is no ongoing investigation by the Victoria Police into the case, & # 39; he said. & # 39; The player, who was not part of our preliminary selection on Saturday-evening, is expected to be able to return home today.
& # 39; He continues to be supported by Storm Medical and player welfare staff. & # 39;
After the game, Storm Skipper paid homage to Cameron Smith, focusing on Grant's contribution to the season.

& # 39; Guys like Jahrome Hughes, Brandon Smith, Harry Grant, Ryan Papenhuyzen, even Brodie Croft … have given me a different role not only during the games but during the week. It's almost like I've been a bit of a coach for those guys, & he said one NRL writer.
Grant is designated as a potential substitute starting hooker for the skipper if he chooses to retire next season.
Smith does not remain involved in playing in 2020, although his comments after the game on Saturday night indicated that he was returning.

It had been a big weekend in Melbourne, with Richmond fans flocking to the inland streets just a few steps from the MCG where they won the premiership cup.

On Sunday, Martin admitted that he didn't remember much about a wild night of partying after his second premiere in three seasons.

Giants players looked miserable when they fled Melbourne after their humiliating 114-25 defeat on the biggest podium of the sport on Saturday in their first major AFL final.
One of the faces of depression was Giants star Toby Greene, whose father Michael was arrested after allegedly attacking a female police officer while being escorted from the MCG during the game for being drunk.
The passage of Swan Street, usually busy with trams and traffic, was closed at 4.30 pm from Punt Road to Church Street.
But despite the prohibition on drinking in the street, many supporters saw beer overturned in the crowd.
In general, the police were happy with how people behaved in and about the MCG last weekend.
Three people were arrested for being drunk and another three were summoned to appear in court for the release of torches.
