A plumber got revenge on a customer who refused to pay after fixing his hot water system and even offered a discount.
The plumber, who goes by the name Hazz, was put to work by a neighbor who said a family friend had no running hot water in his home and needed the problem fixed as soon as possible in his property in Melbourne.
Hazz said he agreed to waive his labor charges after hearing the owner’s “greatest sob story ever”.
The kind-hearted plumber only asked the owner to cover the cost of the parts used to repair the hot water system.
When it came time to pay, the customer dodged Hazz’s demands and weeks later the plumber still hadn’t received a penny, prompting the professional to take action.
In a video posted on TikTok, a person is filmed crawling under a house and sawing through the copper piping that supplies the house with hot water.

In a follow-up video, Hazz explains why such drastic measures had to be taken – and how there was so much more to the story.
“I have a very kind heart, I want to help people, and he took my kindness for granted,” Hazz said.
He revealed that the client received a quote for the job for $3,000 from another plumber before Hazz came to do the job for a cheaper price.
The plumber was only asking the landlord to cover the cost of parts and insurance.
The rift between Hazz and the client escalated two weeks after the work was completed when the client asked him to reconnect his stove as well.
“Then I realized how he was talking to me… And he literally wasn’t grateful (sic) anymore,” Hazz said.
Hazz then claims that the client requested an estimate to be produced from his insurance company, claiming that they would cover the costs.
Hazz wondered if that meant he would finally get paid before another dispute erupted between the two.
The relationship soured, prompting the client to tell Hazz to “come back and take your job”, which Hazz promptly did.
The plumber also said the client took a vacation to Europe when he told him he “didn’t have the money” to pay for hot water.

Many TikTok users commented on the videos to praise Hazz for standing up to the client.
One revealed to Hazz that he wasn’t the only trader to take matters into his own hands after a falling out with a customer.
“My brother is a bubbly who didn’t get paid, he went back and wired the doorbell to ring continuously,” one wrote.
‘Show you have a heart, too bad the really needy get a bad rap because of scabs,’ a second added.
“The number of times I’ve tried to be nice to people doing cheap jobs and they end up screwing you up is hard,” another wrote.
“Nothing wrong with what you did, you tried to do the right thing but got taken for a ride,” wrote a fourth.
