Melbourne dominatrix told ‘willing slave’ to ‘please his Queen’ before bashing death

Six weeks before the alleged murder of a man, a dominatrix ordered her’submissive’ to be sex with her via a fetish site.

After her murder charge was reduced to manslaughter, Heide Victoria Bos (37), a hairdresser from Melbourne’s CBD will spend as little as three and a half years in prison.

The court heard how Bos told her ‘willing slave’, Stuart Lindsay Heron, to  ‘please your queen’ and ‘prove your loyalty’ before his fatal attack on 39-year-old Nicholas Cameron.

It was so barbaric that even a veteran detective with the Homicide Squad described it as ‘extremely cruel’.

Bos, upon being arrested, stated that she didn’t intend for the attack to reach this far.

Bos stated that she believed her submissive love would warn off Mr Cameron and that she did not anticipate him to cause serious injury to or death.

Bdsm Queen Heide Victoria Bos Will Spend Christmas Behind Bars After Pleading Guilty To Manslaughter

BDSM queen Heide Victoria Bos will spend Christmas behind bars after pleading guilty to manslaughter

Daily Mail Australia has learned that she accepted a plea deal to manslaughter from the Office of Public Prosecutions. The offer was made after the Office of Public Prosecutions had previously withheld the information from the public.

It can further be revealed Bos only agreed to the deal after being told by Supreme Court of Victoria Justice Michael Croucher that he would sentence her to just six years in jail, meaning she could walk free with good behaviour after three-and-a-half years.

Bos has been sentenced to time behind bars and will soon be back on public streets in just over 2 years.

Justice Elizabeth Hollingworth had kept the deal secret from the public on September 30, after Bos took her prize. She then proceeded to trial.

Bos is scheduled to explain her actions in a plea hearing just before Christmas.

Victoria’s maximum sentence for manslaughter is 25 years, although it is rare to be served.

Cameron had been found unconscious at his Southbank apartment in Sturt St on July 10, last year.

Heide Victoria Bos agreed to plead guilty in manslaughter following a deal with the prosecutors

Bos pleaded guilty to Tuesday’s charges, stating that she didn’t command her co-accused not to murder Cameron, but that she simply ‘touched him up’.

Heron is still in prison and will likely face his own Supreme Court of Victoria murder case next year.

While Bos’ motive for having her victim attacked remain unknown for now, an earlier hearing heard her ‘submissive’ Heron allegedly carried out the assault on her instructions.

The court heard that Heron was Bos’ ‘willing slave,’ and part of the conspiracy to harm Mr Cameron.

During a bail hearing in July, Bos’ barrister argued that the woman – who was ‘dominant’ in the relationship’ – didn’t intend for Heron to kill Mr Cameron. News.com.au reported.

The court heard that the couple had met on ‘FetLife’ – a social media site for the BDSM and fetish community.

The alleged murder occurred after the couple had only been together for six weeks.

The court heard Heron was a committed slave, paying for his dominatrix’s rent.

Bos informed Heron that she would be pleased to please her queen, and that she will show her loyalty in messages they exchanged.

Bos’ barrister Malcolm Thomas told the court his client’s relationship was a ‘fantasy-style one of slave and mistress’.

Mr Thomas claimed Bos simply believed her submissive lover would ‘warn off’ Mr Cameron, stating she did not expect him to cause serious injury or kill him.

Bos was expected by law to face the murder charge. At the time, her barrister described it as “extremely weak”.

Mr Thomas said while Bos understood there would be ‘some violence’ against Mr Cameron, he would be alive at the end of the confrontation.

Bos claimed that she did not know that weapons would be used in her attack.

Thomas said that while Bos believed Heron had connections with outlaw motorcycle gangs and told him so at the July hearing, she didn’t give him specific instructions on how to murder the target.

Bos claimed that he lived a perfectly normal life before deciding on Mr Cameron’s murder.

Bos was a frequent contributor to Instagram. This indicates that she is the mother a teenage boy.

The court heard  she suffered from post traumatic stress disorder after her previous partner died in a motorbike crash and had struggled with drug abuse.

Bos appeared in court via videolink Tuesday. She will appear in person at her plea hearing next month.
