On Thursday, the longtime Hollywood star spent part of her afternoon with her daughter Stella Banderas.
The couple were spotted heading to Chris McMillan The Salon in Beverly Hills for a mother-daughter pampering session.
The Working Girl star, 65, looked fit and stylish in a long black and white checked skirt and black turtleneck jumpsuit.
The daughter of former Hollywood actress Tippi Hedren and advertising executive Peter Griffith also donned a pair of black leather boots that appeared to be knee-length, and her long blonde tresses pulled into a loose bun and parted at the environment.

Banderas – who, like her mother and father, Antonio Banderas, pioneered an acting career – opted for a casual ensemble with baggy black jeans and a gray sleeveless t-shirt.
Like her mother, the 26-year-old aspiring actress also donned stylish sunglasses on her way to the salon in upscale Beverly Hills.
Griffith was married to Antonio Banderas, 62, from 1996, the year Stella was born, until 2015.
The former couple have remained friendly over the years, in part for the sake of their relationship with their daughter.
The actress, who was once among the top women in Hollywood in the 1980s and 90s, was also married to Scarface star Steven Bauer.
They were married for about eight years in the 1980s and also share one child together, son Alexander Bauer, 37.
