Melania Trump stunned in a $4,000 red Valentino gown on Monday night as she hosted a political fundraiser in New York, as Donald Trump continues to keep a low profile following his debate with Joe Biden.
The former first lady stunned in a sheath dress and red patent leather pumps by So Kate Christian Louboutin, as seen in exclusive photos from Dailymail.com.
It was a rare appearance for Melania, as she hosted an intimate group at Trump Tower to raise money for Log Cabin Republicans, the largest conservative LGBTQ+ organization.
Her appearance, which did not go unnoticed, came as her husband remained behind closed doors following the first presidential debate, in which Joe Biden failed so badly that many Democrats called on him to withdraw from the race.

The former president called Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Monday night and has been active on his Truth Social account. He will hold a rally at Trump Doral, his golf club in Miami, on Tuesday night.
But he otherwise disappeared from the national stage as his advisers said he was sitting back and watching the Democratic chaos.
Meanwhile, Melania was in New York to hold her second fundraiser of the year for Log Cabin Republicans.
He opened the Trumps’ private penthouse, which occupies three floors of Trump Tower, for the event.
Guests included former Trump White House official Kellyanne Conway, former Sen. Kelly Loeffler and her husband Jeff Sprecher, businessman Bryan Eure and his husband Bill White, former acting U.S. Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell and philanthropists Nazee and Joseph Moinian.
The event raised $1.4 million, Grenell announced on X.
‘@MelaniaTrump opened her NYC Penthouse tonight to raise money for @LogCabinGOP. It’s the first campaign event to be held at the Trump residence. And we raised $1.4 million in one night. Our goal is to get 50% of the gay vote for Donald Trump,’ Grenell wrote.
Charles Moran, the group’s leader, described the evening as “an incredibly spectacular event.”
Kellyanne Conway was one of the guests at Melania’s fundraiser.

For the occasion, Melania opted to wear a dress she has worn before. She first wore the red crepe sleeveless midi dress by Valentino, estimated to cost $4,000, in April 2017, when she and then-President Trump hosted Chinese President Xi Jinping at Mar-a-Lago.
Red is a lucky color in China.
The first event Melania hosted for Log Cabin Republicans was held in April at the Trumps’ Mar-a-Lago estate.
At the time, in his remarks to the crowd, he advocated for “equality for all.”
Monday night marked a rare political appearance for the former first lady.
She did not attend the first presidential debate and has yet to attend any political events on her husband’s behalf this year — a stark contrast to Jill Biden, who regularly campaigns for Joe Biden and ran to his side on stage after the debate.

Melania Trump has made few public appearances for her husband’s presidential campaign.

Melania Trump has rarely shown public support for her husband as he seeks a second term in the White House.
She joined Trump when he announced his 2024 presidential bid in November last year. But otherwise she only appeared at a fundraiser for his campaign and went to vote with her husband in the Florida primary.
“Stay tuned,” he told reporters when asked if he would campaign for Trump.
But it is not clear what he meant by that.
She was last seen in public in late June in New York City, leaving Trump Tower, battling the heat in a summer skirt and white shirt.
Melania and Donald Trump were last seen together in public in May at Barron’s high school graduation.
