Mel Gibson looked unrecognizable at Vince Vaughn’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles on Monday.
The 68-year-old veteran actor was seen sporting grey hair and a scruffy beard for the event.
Gibson, best known for his Lethal Weapon franchise, was also much more casually dressed than other attendees.
He wore a white collared shirt and long blue shorts with a gradient effect that reached down to his knees. For added comfort, the Mad Max star wore black lace-up sneakers.
Most of the time, the father of nine wore black mirrored sunglasses that made him difficult to recognize.
Vince, 54, who will star in the series Bad Monkey which debuts this week, wore a dark suit and white shirt as he posed with his wife Kyla and their two children.

Mel and Vince co-starred in the 2018 thriller Dragged Across Concrete.
Gibson posed with Vaughn next to his new Walk of Fame star and at one point opened his brown cell phone case to take a selfie, revealing his driver’s license photo and Visa card.
Gibson – born Mel Columcille Gerard Gibson – was born in New York and moved to Australia at age 12.
He is known for his action hero roles, particularly his breakout role as Max Rockatansky in the first three films of the Mad Max post-apocalyptic action series.
He is also popular for playing Martin Riggs in the Lethal Weapon action comedy police film series.
One of his most notable films is Braveheart, from 1995. He also received praise for his 2004 film The Passion of the Christ.
Monday was all about Vince as he is set to premiere his new high-profile series soon.
Vaughn’s new Apple TV+ show, Bad Monkey, premieres Wednesday.
The first trailer for the series, which also stars Michelle Monaghan and John Ortiz, debuted earlier this month.

He is the creator of the series Scrubs and co-creator of shows such as Cougar Town, Spin City, Ground Floor, Ted Lasso and Shrinking.
