OMG! Mel C Has Teased That A Full Spice Girls Reunion Could Happen Once ‘The World Allows It’

Mel admitted: “When we did the stadium shows in 2019, we were blown away by how much love there is left for the Spice Girls and how it has affected a huge number of people, a young generation, so positively.”

When Ranvir suggested that the band could reunite to perform at Glastonbury and take the place of the legends, the singer said enthusiastically, “Oh my god, that’s the dream.”

‘You all?’ asked the host, to which Mel replied, ‘Between you and I, I know Mrs Beckham would love to do Glastonbury!

“There are a lot of rumours, but we are constantly talking about getting back on the podium because the shows in 2019 were incredible. We’d love to do it again—as soon as the world allows.’

During her solo tour, Mel explained, “I was supposed to tour this spring, but it was postponed to January next year. I have a few dates in the UK and Europe, fingers crossed we can do it.”

And of life as a busy working mum to daughter Scarlet, 12, Mel said: ‘I’ve been lucky enough to plan things around school so she didn’t miss much.

‘I’m leaving, but not for long. It’s tough, it adds to complications, that whole working mom thing.”

Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV and ITV Hub.
