The Spice Girl, 48, thanked the iconic actress for the gift that “speaks louder than words.”
Sharing a photo on Instagram, the singer showed off a fan with ‘f*** off’ scrawled across the front in capital letters.
Mel captioned the post: “When your friend knows your vibe so well, they give you the ultimate ‘express yourself’ accessory.”

It comes after Mel B became the first star confirmed to appear on the upcoming series of The Great Celebrity Bake Off: Stand Up To Cancer.
On Friday morning’s episode of Good Morning Britain, showbiz correspondent Richard Arnold confirmed the news to hosts Rob Rinder and Charlotte Hawkins that the pop star turned talent judge will be heading to the big top.
He revealed: ‘GMB has inside information and we can reveal that one of the celebrities laying down parchment paper for the new series is the one and only… drum roll… it’s Mel B! Scary, he’ll bring his own brand of spices.
The show, which will return to screens in April, will see 19 stars compete for the coveted title of Star Baker in the hope of winning the show.
Mel’s Spice Girls bandmate Geri Horner appeared on Sport Relief Bake Off in 2016, during which she was praised for her skills in making Signature, Technical and Showstopper.
Mel B is something of a TV competition veteran, making up a quarter of the America’s Got Talent judging panel.
Earlier this week, he shocked fans when he pressed his Golden Buzzer to steal self-taught trapeze artist Aidan Bryant from Heidi Klum on Monday’s episode of AGT.
The English singer surprised Heidi, 50, when she hit the bell to steal from Aidan, 19, during the two-hour semi-final episode which featured performances from 10 acts.

Aidan, who previously won AGT: All-Stars, impressed once again with his dangerous high-flying act that earned a standing ovation from the crowd and howls of joy from his coach Heidi.
Aidan said it was his first Golden Buzzer and he felt blessed. “I was literally speechless and I think I still am. My Golden Buzzer says it all. “You’re just amazing,” Mel said.
As well as big career changes, Mel is also heading towards exciting personal milestones as she prepares to marry her fiancé Rory McPhee.
She recently revealed that her wedding will include a personalized touch when she revealed that Victoria Beckham designed one of her wedding dresses.
The singer has met with her bandmate Spice Girl, 49, to prepare for the big day and has entrusted the fashion designer with the important task of creating the dress for both her and the mother of the bride.
Mel also revealed that she will be getting married at London’s historic St Paul’s Cathedral after being granted special permission to marry at the venue due to the MBE she received in May 2022 for services to charitable causes and vulnerable women.

Appearing on Today with Hoda & Janna, Mel revealed: ‘Victoria actually designed my dress and my mom’s. It is a beautiful honor to receive it.”
Mel revealed in September 2023 that Victoria was interested in designing the dress and it looks like the star has kept her word.
The singer also revealed that she is planning three outfit changes for her big day and has her eyes peeled for two more dresses.
She explained: ‘I don’t think it would be fair to have just one. Just take as many as you want, at least three, right?
She said: ‘I’m really going to try it. One to get married, which is the appropriate ceremony, very appropriate in this church, St. Paul’s (Cathedral). And then maybe I want to change that and be a little less… You know, I don’t really know!’
