The Spice Girls singer, 49, celebrated her birthday just two days before her partner turned 37 and took to social media to share a romantic post of them holding hands.
She wrote: ‘Happy happy birthday my love!!!! You are so special to me. I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
“We always have a lot of fun laughing and doing our thing.” (sic).
The post comes as the I Want You Back singer is at the center of rumors that she and some of her bandmates were left “furious” this week after unflattering details of a conversation emerged in court documents.

Once she arrived, she decided to separate herself from the rest of the group, taking a seat two rows behind the other women with her husband David and their children.
According to the publication’s source, Victoria’s snub didn’t sit well with Mel B in particular.
Mel allegedly responded: ‘Why? My texts are fine,” before adding: “Like I said, charity doesn’t pay the bills, everyone knows that.”
The source said: “This is very embarrassing for the girls as it doesn’t exactly match their core messages.” But it was obviously a few years ago and they’ve all kissed and made up since then.
‘Just look at how happy they were together celebrating Victoria’s 50th birthday in April, singing their greatest hits together after a few drinks. The ax is well buried.
