Megyn Kelly lambasted President Joe Biden for inviting his son Hunter to a White House state dinner and slammed ‘The View’ co-host Ana Navarro’s “ridiculous” defense of the relationship between Joe and Hunter.
Kelly was joined by the hosts of the Ruthless podcast – Comfortably Smug, Josh Holmes, Michael Duncan and John Ashbrook – on Tuesday to discuss the blowback that followed Hunter’s attendance at the state dinner and the “embarrassing” defense of Navarro.
The former Fox News host aired a clip of Navarro defending Joe Biden on Friday’s episode of ‘The View,’ where she claimed the president was inviting his criminal child”just shows his love for his son.
Responding to Navarro’s comments, Kelly said: ‘YYou can love your child while acknowledging that it would be inappropriate, given the circumstances, to bring him to something that is not your private party.
“It’s not your private party, Joe Biden,” Kelly emphatically repeated. “It’s our party. It’s the United States. This is America, and Hunter Biden shouldn’t have been there!
The event in question was last week’s state dinner at the White House for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Duncan said facetiously that Joe Biden bringing Hunter to the state dinner would be like Bill Clinton bringing Monica Lewinsky, at which Kelly and the “Ruthless” crew laughed.
On a more serious note, Duncan added, “It’s not about hypocrisy…it’s about hierarchy…They’re laughing at us.”
“He is a guy who is accused of influence peddling in foreign countries and taking money from China, taking money from this corrupt Ukrainian gas company…”, he said. he adds.
“And he shows up at official events with foreign dignitaries in front of us – they laugh at us.”
Holmes chimed in, also pointing out the satirical element of inviting a man to a White House state dinner who is addicted to crack cocaine, involved with prostitutes and has now pleaded guilty to tax-related offenses because he is a relative.
‘Sdealing with Ukrainian natural gas boards, smoking crack with prostitutes and throwing weapons in school zones… Are you kidding? Holmes said.
‘You can’t say simultaneously that my son is deeply troubled and has all sorts of things going on in his life. It’s unfortunate and, you know, it’s unfortunately his problem,” he added.
“…then have him show up in Beijing…appear on the Ukrainian stage during your vice presidency, and then when you become president, he’ll be the belle of the ball at every state dinner!”
The “Ruthless” co-host added that not all addicts start selling influence to the Chinese.

“So it’s not uncommon…as far as anything Hunter-related, I’m just not going to answer that from here.”
