Prince Harry will reunite with his wife Meghan at the Invictus Games after traveling solo for the opening days of the sporting event for disabled and injured veterans.
She is due to arrive in Düsseldorf late this evening – and will have a busy day of activities alongside her husband on the third day of the games.
The Duchess of Sussex will check into the five-star Hyatt Hotel where she will stay in the Presidential Suite.
Harry has been a huge hit with the crowds at the games posing for dozens of selfies as he is mobbed at every event he attends.
Even the dignitaries of the 21 competing countries took care to be seated next to the Prince.

With Meghan by his side, he will likely be even more popular, as many people attending the games have asked him when she is likely to attend.
Aides have kept her visit a secret, but it is believed she will meet some of the visiting schoolchildren.
She is also likely to meet the Nigerian team, with Harry teasing during the opening ceremony that she would cheer them on after discovering she is of Nigerian descent.
The Duchess revealed details of her genealogy in a podcast revealing that she is 43% Nigerian.

Harry and Meghan proved to be a winning team when they competed at the 2022 Invictus Games in The Hague, Netherlands.
The Duchess was also a supporting figure in Prince Harry’s Netflix series Heart of Invictus, filmed during the 2022 Games – although her appearances in the five episodes were fleeting.
Meghan appears to give a speech at the service and, on several occasions, offer comments and support to Harry.
In her most memorable moment, Meghan is shown speaking at the opening ceremony of the Games to introduce Harry on stage, in footage broadcast live at the time.
She said: “Thank you so much for your service and thank you to all the friends and family who are here and who have supported you throughout your journey.
“Because that’s service, that’s dedication, and that’s the Invictus family.
“Please welcome my incredible husband, Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex.”
Harry then thanked his wife for the introduction, adding: “Thank you my love.”
Elsewhere, in the first episode of the series, Meghan can be seen as she joins Harry at the November 2021 Salute to Freedom Gala in New York.
The couple can be seen arriving at the event, as the Duke confides in the Duchess how nervous he is about an upcoming speech.
He tells her: “We haven’t done this in a while,” while Meghan replies: “I know.”
Harry continues: “My heart is like digidigadidigadiga. »
Later, in the fourth episode, the pair sit down to discuss the Invictus Games in The Hague.
The couple discusses the day’s events in a “tense” and “difficult” atmosphere and they will have the chance to meet the Ukrainian team.
Meanwhile, there are also photos of the couple behind the scenes at the games as they join a group therapy session, before arriving at the opening ceremony where Meghan calls the crowd “incredible “.
In another episode, the Duke of Sussex prepares for his speech in The Hague, while holding several scruffy pieces of paper – as he jokes, it’s “how not to give a speech”.
As Harry laughs a little nervously, Meghan stands next to him in a crisp white suit and smiles – while the couple’s advisor James Holt takes a look at the Duke’s notes.
James jokes to Harry: “At least you can read what you write!”
Meanwhile, the Duke, going through the speech, said: “How on earth can I pronounce that? while it designates a name in the text.
James and Meghan, who are unsure themselves, jump to Harry’s aid as James says he will check General Onno Eichelsheim’s name.
General Eichelsheim is part of the Royal Dutch Air Force and is the current Chief of Defense of the Netherlands, who is thanked by the Duke of Sussex in his speech for helping to organize the Invictus Games 2022.
Harry continues to pronounce the name incorrectly as James says he will go check the correct pronunciation.
Meghan then appears to write the name on her phone and listen to it again to check the pronunciation of the name.
She continues to repeat the pronunciation out loud to help her husband and plays the automation again, laughing as she says, “One more time.”
In the next scene, Harry gives his speech and reaches for the name he is struggling to pronounce, taking a pause and a deep breath before doing so, which elicits laughter from the audience.
He then pronounces the name perfectly under the proud gaze of a beaming Meghan.
And the Duchess doesn’t appear in any of the episodes at all – despite the Invictus Games being a milestone for the couple in their relationship.
It was at the Invictus Games that the couple chose to make their first public appearance together almost five years ago.
Meghan made her first appearance at an official engagement attended by Harry on September 24, 2017, when she attended the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada, although the two were seated approximately 18 seats apart.
