Meghan Markle’s close friend and former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer is one of the lucky 50 to have received a limited-edition jar of the Duchess’s new American Riviera Orchard strawberry jam.
Abigail, 42, received the sixth jar of the batch, she revealed today in an over-the-top photoshoot that showed her reclining on the grass with the precious preserve.
The actress appears to remain a close member of Meghan’s inner circle, while several of her former co-stars have been notably excluded from royal life as their stocks have skyrocketed in recent years.
Meghan, 42, and Abigail made headlines last week after they were seen beaming together in a series of Instagram photos to support their friend Kelly McKee Zajfen’s new Mother’s Day campaign for her charity ‘Alliance of Moms’.
Kelly, 44, also received one of the coveted awards and excitedly shared it on social media, saying last week she was “so proud” of the duchess.

The Duchess of Sussex sent friends the limited-edition bottle ahead of her brand’s formal launch later this spring with a range of items.
Most of the 50 recipients have yet to publicly acknowledge this anticlimactic merchandise drop.
But Abigail showed off her friend’s gift in a photo shoot today, which was presented in a bowl of lemon surrounded by flowers.
Smiling in a sunny garden with her dog, the Grey’s Anatomy star showed off the ceramic bowl for all to see.
“This jam is my jam,” he told his followers. ‘A delicious taste of what’s to come… I love you so much M.’
Her post seemed to be well received among her followers, with actress Mindy Kaling even commenting that it was “like an advertisement for sunshine and happiness.”
American jewelry designer Maya Brenner, whose brand became famous around the world when Meghan was seen wearing a necklace with an ‘M’ and ‘H’ pendant in 2016, also commented on Abigail’s post.
She said: ‘This is just the most beautiful photo. And our collaboration with the Love Retreat necklace makes an appearance.”
However, some are skeptical of the photoshoot, with one user calling it “fun” and another saying: “Not even an attempt to remove the dead lemons and flowers?” It’s like a cheap farmers market basket.

Abigail’s post comes just days after she and Meghan were featured in Kelly’s “Love Like a Mother” campaign, which aims to provide educational resources, doulas, healthcare, housing and therapy for young mothers and their children.
Kelly’s Alliance of Moms charity is a non-profit organization that supports young mothers in the foster care system.
In her Instagram post alongside Meghan and Abigail, Kelly thanked the actresses for “supporting this campaign and our youth.”
“When we talk about the people in our lives who lift us up when we need it with an undeniable force of pure love, I think of these two,” he wrote.
She added that proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts “support essential services, education and advocacy so young parents in foster care and their children can heal and thrive.”
Meghan’s support for her friend’s campaign came less than a week after Kelly shared a glowing review of the royal’s new strawberry jam, launched through her American Riviera Orchard lifestyle brand.
After receiving a limited edition bottle, the charity boss wrote on social media: ‘Oh just a taste of what’s to come!’ I’m very proud of you, M.’
The friends also traveled to Utah together last month for a ski vacation, the Daily Beast reports.

The Duchess is rumored to have experienced breakups with her Suits co-stars and former best friend Jessica Mulroney, but many of her former friends still have close ties with each other.
While their friendship appears to be blossoming, Abigail’s appearance in the promo comes as people close to Meghan say she’s almost lost touch with the rest of her former Suits co-stars.
Although Meghan’s former colleague Sarah Rafferty previously described the cast as a “family”, Gina Torres recently claimed that no one on the show yet has the duchess’s contact details.
At the Golden Globes in January, the actress, who played Jessica Pearson in the US drama, revealed that her former co-stars simply “don’t have her number” when asked if anyone had contacted the former actress.
One interviewer asked: “Who texted Meghan and said, ‘You have to come to the Golden Globes, Meghan Markle’?”
The star, who attended Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018, said: “We don’t have his number.” We just don’t do it. She will see it. She will look. She’ll be happy we’re here.
The following month, Patrick J. Adams and Gabriel Macht, who played Mike and Harvey on the show, revealed that they had also had “no communication” with Meghan.
