Meghan Markle has been photographed wearing a $4 stress patch and a heavy $1,625 wool coat despite the warm California weather.
The Duchess of Sussex, 42, was without her husband Prince Harry, who is currently in Southeast Asia, as she attended a date in her hometown of Montecito on Thursday with a bodyguard at her side.
She donned a $1,650 Max Mara wool coat for the outing, even though it was hot in Montecito that day. Temperatures climbed as high as 73F (22.7C) and didn’t dip below 65F (18C).
Also notable was the NuCalm stress patch on his left wrist. The heads, which cost $80 for a pack of 20, are said to provide ‘resonance and frequencies’ as well as a sense of calm.
Users of the product are instructed to place a disc three finger widths from the edge of the left wrist and are warned not to place it on the right.
Each one can only be used once and can be left on for the rest of the day and all night.
Some people feel a little warmth, tingling, or see redness while the disc is in place.

And the couple have endured a famously rocky relationship with Harry’s royal in-laws after deciding to step away from royal life in early 2020.
But Meghan didn’t let life’s trials cloud her fashion sense.
She was photographed in pristine white capri pants held up by a $450 Givenchy belt, a $1,225 Hermes Rayures D’Ete shawl and a $1,380 pair of Chanel goatskin peep-toe pumps. She was carrying a white Goyard bag valued at $1,650.

It comes after the prince’s title of ‘Her Royal Highness’ was quietly dropped by Buckingham Palace on the Royal Family website recently.
Under the terms of the 2020 Megxit deal, the Palace said Harry and Meghan Markle would be able to keep their HRH titles, but would not be allowed to use them after stepping down as royals.
