Meghan Markle has recently come under heavy criticism over how she handles her friendships, with accusations of distancing herself from people when they no longer serve her interests. These claims were made by royal biographer Angela Levin during an interview with GB News, as part of his comment on the Duchess of Sussex’s personal relationships.
Levin accused Meghan of mixing with celebrities and billionaires, only to “abandon them” when the relationships no longer benefit her. He expressed his belief that this pattern could signal “the beginning of the end” for some of Meghan’s connections. “Because once she finds out that she’s okay on her own, then she’s satisfied,” Levin said.
She further explained, “As we’ve seen throughout his life, he leaves people when he no longer needs them, and I think that’s what’s going to happen around the corner.”
This criticism comes at a time when Meghan faces increasing media scrutiny. The recent wave of negative attention began when The Hollywood Reporter published an article quoting a former employee who described Meghan as a “dictator in high heels” who allegedly made staff members cry. After this, more reports emerged, with some even going so far as to label her as a “demon boss.”
However, sources close to Meghan have rejected these negative claims. One notable defense came from Mandana Dayani, former chief operating officer of Meghan and Prince Harry’s Archewell Foundation, who praised the duchess for her warmth and mentorship.
dayani told him US Weekly“Some of my favorite memories were during our weekly gatherings at her Montecito home, where Meghan always served the most incredible lunches, snacks and her latest beautiful concoction.” She also recalled a specific moment when she found Meghan “finishing her own makeup and steaming her jumpsuit” before a meeting, noting how the duchess added a personal touch to the work environment.
Dayani added: “Just last week, as Meghan and I were planning our next lunch, I told her how excited I was to pick her brain about my latest ventures.” As media narratives continue to spin, Meghan’s supporters emphasize her positive qualities and contributions, while critics, like Levin, remain skeptical about her motivations and relationships.
