Prince Harry is 'petrified' to lose his wife Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s upcoming tour of Colombia is sparking speculation about their true motives. While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to visit the country under the guise of supporting social welfare initiatives, some experts believe the trip may be more about strengthening their brand than philanthropy.

Royal expert Victoria Murphy shared her thoughts with The sunexpressing skepticism about the couple’s intentions. “They have to have their own reasons for saying yes to this, and I think it’s a little disconcerting compared to Nigeria,” he said. Murphy noted that their previous trip to Nigeria had a clear purpose, centered on the Invictus Games, a cause close to Harry’s heart.

“When they went to Nigeria, it was very clear that this was an Invictus-focused trip. I think that trip had a clear purpose,” Murphy explained. He also highlighted the personal connection Meghan had with Nigeria, having recently discovered that she is 43 percent Nigerian. Additionally, Harry has a long history of charity work in African countries, further justifying the focus of his visit.

Murphy, however, believes the trip to Colombia is not that straightforward. “It seems a bit random,” he said. “Yes, we are talking about the topics they are going to focus on, but it is not very clear how exactly they will do it and why they have chosen Colombia to highlight those topics.”

The couple’s decision to visit Colombia, a country that has not previously been linked to their charitable activities, has raised questions about the true purpose of the tour. Is it really to promote their humanitarian goals or is it part of a broader strategy to maintain and grow their public profile?

As Meghan and Harry prepare for their tour of Colombia, the ambiguity around their goals has puzzled some royal observers and experts. While the trip may support important causes, the lack of a clear connection to their previous work has fueled speculation about whether it is more about building a brand than making a significant impact.
