Royal expert Tom Quinn discussed the matter with The mirrorsuggesting that the timing and focus of Meghan and Harry’s tour may not be a coincidence. “What is tempting for Harry and Meghan, although exact dates for the tour have not yet been agreed, is that Colombia will be hosting the World Conference to End Violence Against Children later this year.
