Megan Fox is not expecting a child with Machine Gun Kelly, despite sporting a baby bump in her latest music video.
The rocker, 34, on Friday released the music video for his new song Lonely Road featuring Jelly Roll, 39, with the Transformers star, 38, making a cameo.
Although the mother of three is visibly pregnant in the clip, she is not pregnant in real life, a source confirmed to We weekly on Saturday.
The source added that the duo, who suffered a miscarriage in 2023, have talked about having a child.
“Although they have talked about having a baby, this was only for MGK’s music video,” the source said.

The music video shows the Transformers star with a visible baby bump, sharing intimate moments with MGK, including him kissing her and cradling her belly.
The narrative jumps forward eight months in time and reveals a dramatic shift: MGK is imprisoned after a failed bank robbery, while Megan gives birth to a baby girl, whom she takes to visit her son in prison.
The video quickly sparked speculation among fans that Fox was pregnant and about to welcome her first child with Kelly.
Neither the musician nor the Jennifer’s Body star, who have been together on and off since 2020, have commented on the rumors.
The video credits further confused fans as the final line reads, “Introducing: Baby Violet Leika.”
At first glance, it looked like Fox was announcing that she had secretly had a baby with MGK. But Megan hasn’t appeared pregnant this year when she’s been in town.
Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, also makes a cameo in the video, which is an updated version of the John Denver classic, Take Me Home Country Road.
In the video, MGK and Jelly Roll are two men who are struggling financially while trying to support their families.

The star said she had “never been through anything like this before in my life,” as she spoke about the experience during an interview on Good morning america.

Fox and Kelly called off their engagement in February 2023. Earlier this month, a source told We weekly that the couple is ‘totally back together’.
The actress wants to keep their reunion out of the spotlight for now.
In March, she confirmed that the duo had called to inform them of their engagement, but declined to clarify the current status of their relationship during an appearance on Alex Cooper’s podcast, Call Her Daddy.
“I think what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption, so I guess for now, I don’t have anything to say about the status of the relationship itself.”

In 2022, they got engaged, and when announcing their engagement on Instagram, Megan said she and MGK “drank each other’s blood” to celebrate the occasion.
