Have you ever wondered if there are certain areas you should avoid completely when it comes to injectables?

Specialist nurse Christine Tong at the Beauty Boost Med Spa in Newport, California, has revealed the treatments she would never do as an injector in Tik Tok – and some might surprise you.

Christine surprised the popular Orange County beauty spot’s 148,000 followers, with many asking questions or weighing in with their own experiences.

Here’s why Christine avoids Botox for people with hooded eyelids – she’s not always a fan of under-eye filler and believes it’s important to start with the cheeks and work up from there.

A nurse at a California-based medical spa has revealed the three beauty treatments she would never do if she injected herself.

Christine revealed that she will never apply too much Botox to people with drooping eyelids.

“If you apply too much Botox here,” Christine said, pointing to her forehead, “as much as you get softness, if you have droopy eyelids, it can make them look very heavy and even more droopy.”

Christine would never get an under-eye filler without first doing PRF, which is a platelet-rich fibrin therapy.

PRF helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, tighten and improve skin tone, and soften the appearance of scars.

PRF, which is also known as a vampire facial, is performed when blood is drawn, collected, and then injected back into the treatment area to address skin concerns.

“People have thin skin, which makes it look like they have darker circles and hollows, but in reality, you can build it up with a little PRF and you might be able to avoid filler,” Christine advised.

He went on to say that he would never get nasolabial fillers without injecting his cheeks first.

“Sometimes when you get that support, your smile lines soften and you may not need to fill them in,” Christine explained.

‘So how do you get Botox if your eyes are squinting?’ one person asked and the content creator responded: ‘You still can! You just have to be more careful with dosage and placement.’

‘Can you explain what you recommend for under the eyes? I’ve never heard what you recommend? another commenter questioned.

The creator responded that it’s PRF, which is “amazing for building collagen, brightening and toning.”

‘What do you think about using Botox on someone with squinting to create a brow-lifting effect? Is it really feasible? a curious commenter asked, and the creator said “it can be” if managed correctly.

Others shared their horror stories with the treatments.

“I got nasolabial filler and I hate it,” one person wrote.

Another complained: ‘I recently had Botox and now my eyelids are drooping! Is this treatable at this time?

‘It’s not me making the exact adjustments you said not to make. It was 2017 and I didn’t know any better,” one commenter recalled.
