Mauricio Umansky was seen enjoying a romantic weekend with his new girlfriend in Mexico.
The 54-year-old real estate agent, whose Netflix show Buying Beverly Hills was cancelled, appeared to take the bad news in stride as he enjoyed his tropical vacation.
Umansky, who split from his wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards last summer, enjoyed a dip in the pool with his new ladylove Nikita Khan.
The couple was staying at the One & Only Mandarina resort near Puerto Vallarta.
The resort offers tree houses and cliff villas among its accommodations.

His graying hair appeared to be cut very short.
The reality star wore a gold medallion around her neck.
The Ukrainian-born beauty showed off her toned abs in an orange triangle bikini top and seafoam green strappy bikini bottoms.
Her highlighted blonde hair was styled in a high bun and she appeared to be wearing no makeup.
It’s unclear how long the couple have known each other, but they were first spotted kissing during a holiday on the Greek island of Mykonos in July.
The couple was seen walking side by side on the sand.
They later held hands as they walked into the waves, where they appeared to enjoy being close to each other.

Now that the second season of Buying Beverly Hills has been canceled, Umansky will have more time to focus on his newly launched American Real Estate Association, a new trade association for real estate agents.
While Richards, 55, was the one who initiated the marital split and removed the word “wife” from her social media profiles after Umansky went public with their new relationship, neither of them has apparently filed for divorce.
The couple share four daughters: Farrah, 35, from Richards’ first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie, Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16.
Farrah, Alexia and Sophia have joined their father in his real estate business at The Agency.
