Maura Higgins has branded herself “creepy” after being shown a never-before-seen video of her flirting with one of the Love Island USA contestants.
The 33-year-old reality star, who rose to fame on the fifth series of Love Island UK in 2019, has landed the job of presenting spin-off show Aftersun.
But this week she found herself wanting to be a contestant again, after falling for islander Harrison Luna after interviewing him on the show.
The hunky diamond dealer, 27, immediately caught Maura’s eye, who gushed to Love Island US host Ariana Madix and Aftersun guest Katie Maloney: “He’s hot!”
Ariana asked her: “Did you enjoy watching him come in?” and Maura admitted: “Actually, yes. I really liked it. I thought that outfit was great, I love black on a man.”

But the Vanderpump Rules star had a surprise in store for Maura: “Speaking of Harrison, last week’s episode didn’t really show how flirty you were with him. I figured if the main show can have unreleased moments, why not Aftersun too?”
Maura, embarrassed, gasped in surprise before pleading, “Oh, God. Wait, what? Don’t do it! Don’t do it! He’s lying.”
But Ariana continued unapologetically: “This is my personal invisible moment, which I like to call ‘When Harry Met Maura.'”
The clip showed Maura and Harrison getting to know each other, and the Irish beauty immediately took notice.
As he took off his jacket to fit her with a new microphone, she took the opportunity to stare at him shamelessly.
Maura, who was beginning to blush, began to fan her face with her cards and said awkwardly: “I’m going to sweat here. It’s this fire.”
Harrison added politely: “Yes… and I mean it’s pretty hot here in Fiji.”
After the interview, he went to shake hands with a loving Maura and added: “It’s nice to see you again.”

Maura’s new love comes after her split from her boyfriend, Hollywood stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton, following a whirlwind romance.
Their breakup was revealed in March, with insiders claiming that The model realized that there was no future for them as a couple.

Maura finally confirmed their romance during a December appearance on the Late Late Late Show, when host Patrick Kielty told her, “The last time you were on this show, you were single and ready to hook up.”
Maura proudly replied: “I’m not single anymore. I’m very happy with my relationship,” as the audience applauded.
She then revealed that her boyfriend was sitting in the studio audience to support her, saying: “He’s in there somewhere.”
Patrick joked, “He’s a handsome devil, I’m not gonna lie,” prompting Maura to smile, “Oh, he is.”
Maura and Bobby continued to enjoy exotic romantic getaways to Lapland and the Maldives, where they revelled in their love life on the beach.
They also used to post flirty comments about each other on their respective Instagram pages.
Maura has previously dated Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice, as well as fellow Love Island stars Chris Taylor and Curtis Pritchard.
Sources close to the couple said the model realized there was no future for them as a couple and both stopped following each other on Instagram.
