BA ‘J’ Johnson looks smashed after running 7km in the sweltering heat of Sydney
Mattie Johnson put himself under pressure on Tuesday as he emerged from the sweltering heat in Sydney to start his run.
The Bachelor star, 35, posted to Instagram looking smashed as he shared the stats of his nearly seven kilometer run.
With his mouth open in slacks and sweat dripping down his face, the reality TV star clearly regretted his decision to exercise on the hot day.
He captioned the exhausted photo: “Going for a run was just as horrible as you’d expect.”
Johnson may be in shape preparing to welcome a third child alongside daughters Marley Mae, three, and Lola Ellis, one.

His wife, Laura Byrne, whom he met on The Bachelorette back in 2017, said recently that she’s eager to have more children.
When a fan asked if she was planning on having any more kids, Byrne, 36, excitedly replied, “Depends on the day!”
She continued, “It actually depends on the exact moment of the day. If you asked me to post a toddler meltdown, I would say no. At all other times yes! “
The Bachelor star posted to Instagram on Tuesday, looking dashing as he shared his stats as he ran nearly seven kilometers.
In May last year, the couple revealed that they weren’t rushing into having more children, and were instead prioritizing their wedding, which took place in November.
In February, the couple shared a cheeky video showing how their lives changed on Valentine’s Day.
The pair were seen jumping on a bed of roses together while kissing with George Michael Curls and Whisper’s saxophone playing in the background.

“V Day before kids” is written on screen and then the video transitions to “after kids” by showing Johnson and Byrne lying in bed together looking bored.
Johnson pulled the retainer out of his mouth and asked his partner, “It’s Valentine’s Day.” Do you want to cuddle?
Byrne, who was wearing a face mask, responded enthusiastically, “Let’s do it tomorrow.”
“Ahhhh Valentine’s Day, keep the spark alive,” Johnson wrote next to the video.
