Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey was spotted on the Bessemer, AL, set of his upcoming film, The Rivals of Amziah King, for the first time on Tuesday.
In the scene, the 53-year-old Texan – who plays Amziah King – pulled out two boxes marked ‘pure honey’ from a bottling plant while wearing a white Henley top, suspenders, blue jeans and cowboy boots -boy brown.
Matthew sported a sturdy beard and his costume also included a blue bandana around his curly brown locks as well as a wedding band.
McConaughey was joined by 19-year-old newcomer Angelina LookingGlass, who plays a mysterious role in filmmaker Andrew Patterson’s “deeply atmospheric, character-driven crime thriller set in the unique setting of remote Oklahoma”.
The Black Bear Pictures production will be distributed in the United States via WME Independent – according to Deadline.
