Matildas teammates Mackenzie Arnold and Alanna Kennedy have revealed how unimpressed they are with one of their new Olympic outfits in a hilarious video.

Australia’s favourite sports team has arrived in France to complete its Olympic preparations ahead of this week’s opening match in Paris against Germany.

However, it seems they are not thrilled with the Team Australia outfits they have been given to wear in one of the true fashion capitals of the world.

Australian goalkeeper Mackenzie Arnold uploaded a video of herself and defender Alanna Kennedy posing awkwardly while wearing green and gold pleated skirts with green and gold tops, resembling tennis outfits.

“POV: Olympic gear has arrived,” Arnold captioned the clip.

The couple delivers the words to the popular TikTok sound: “Let’s fuck off… Let’s fuck off? I guess.”

The sound has become a popular meme that reacts to not being enthusiastic about something, but doing it anyway.

On Sunday it was revealed that the Matildas had lost much of their luggage, including medical equipment, while flying to France from Spain.

Mission leader Anna Meares stressed how important equipment is to the team.

“Tape, straps, scissors. They’re also missing resuscitation equipment,” Meares told reporters.

“These are key elements for performance that we are acquiring for them… in Marseille.”

But Meares believes the team will overcome the setback, even though the Matildas’ first game is less than a week away.

The Matildas, who have never won a medal at the Games, will face Germany on Friday at 3am (AEST).

After that match, they will face Zambia on Monday at 3am (AEST).
