A Maryland woman whose home was shot at while she was in the middle of a livestream has made a chilling claim about the incident.
The victim was hosting an online dating event when the shooting occurred and believes the gunman may have used it to attack her.
“I think it may have come from my live stream, someone was possibly watching me,” he said. FOX5.
The woman, who did not want to be identified, was at her Clinton home with her teenage siblings and mother when nearly a dozen shots rang out.
Miraculously, everyone managed to escape unharmed, but they fear for their lives.
A Maryland woman who narrowly escaped with her life after a gunman opened fire in her home while she was in the middle of a livestream has made a chilling claim about the incident.
The victim was hosting an online dating event when the shooting occurred and believes the gunman may have used it to target her.
His siblings and mother were also on the property at the time of the incident, but all managed to escape unharmed.
The woman said she was walking with about 40 people when the bullets started to rain down.
One flew through his bedroom window, another hit the front door, and others hit the garage and dining room.
She immediately called 911 and began taking photos of the bullet casings, which were scattered around her home.
Shocking images show bullet holes in their furniture and on the outside of the property.
The woman said nearly a dozen shots were fired as she sat streaming at her desk, including one that came through her bedroom window.
The victim, who wishes to remain anonymous, said she was left “shocked” by the ordeal.
“I’m very shocked for my family, honestly,” she added. “Distraught, confused, I don’t know what to think.”
The victim said she has no idea who could have attacked her.
Prince George’s County Police urge anyone with information to get in touch as they continue to investigate.
