The former MasterChef Australia judge, 42, took to her Instagram Stories to give insight into her health routine as she took a dip in an ice-cold bath.

She showed off her incredible figure in a strapless bikini while taking a mirror selfie while visiting wellness studio Nimbus Co.

Melissa posed with a towel over one shoulder as she prepared to soak in the ice bath in a dip believed to improve alertness and reduce pain.

Earlier this month, Melissa opened up about how she was “getting back” into her workout program as she visited the wellness studio once again.

Melissa takes ice baths regularly and frequently shares photos of herself preparing for her dives on her social media.

Melissa will return to TV screens next week fronting a new three-part documentary series about Australia’s healthcare system.

The TV star will appear in new SBS documentary series The Hospital: In The Deep End, which will air on Thursday, June 6.

Melissa will appear on the show alongside Samuel Johnson and Costa Georgiadis.

In the show, the trio will spend time with medical professionals at Sydney’s St Vincent’s Hospital to better understand health challenges in Australia.

Melissa revealed that she wanted to participate in the project so she could learn about her mother’s nursing career.

“Spending time in the emergency department certainly gave me a brief insight into what he did,” he told TV Week.

‘I think (my mother is) a tremendously empathetic person. “I take a lot of my inspiration for how I want to be in my life from her.”
