Adam initially gave a playful jibe about him ‘leaving too much fish with the bone’ before coming over to offer his expertise in the kitchen.

“I’ll give you a small tip,” Adam said heroically, while Eric seemed nervous.

‘You don’t fillet [big fish] like a little fish, ”he began. There is a big bone in the middle [of the fish]. So you have to do it in two steps. ‘

He found the spine and continued, “Just make a small incision, run your knife over there. Then you go back. And you can feel the backbone of the kingfish. ‘

Eric and his team were more than grateful for Adam’s advice suggesting he can fillet his shrimp.

Eric was clearly relieved, while the other participants in the portal cheered.
