Celebrity former MasterChef contestant Jimmy Seervai has netted a staggering $20 million after selling two prime properties on Sydney’s north shore.

He sold the four-bedroom first floor for a whopping $10.4 million in February, after it was listed for $9 million.

He Mosman Diary reports that both homes were purchased well in advance of their scheduled auction dates last month.

Both were purchased a few days apart and the two sales totaled $19.4 million.

The former reality star has DA approval for the combined sites, but initially only put one property up for sale.

The plans included the construction of a three-story house with a swimming pool.

Seervai's most recent sale appears to be an ideal home for renovation. Built around 1926 and known as Avarilla, the beautiful harborside home offers stunning water views of nearby Balmoral.
