Celebrity former MasterChef contestant Jimmy Seervai has netted a staggering $20 million after selling two prime properties on Sydney’s north shore.
The two houses, in neighboring blocks, are located in Mosman, 8km from the CBD, which Servai, 44, and his wife Eloise bought in 2020 for $11.6 million.
He sold the four-bedroom first floor for a whopping $10.4 million in February, after it was listed for $9 million.
Seervai listed the second property, a five-bedroom, two-bathroom home, for $9.4 million after listing it for $8 million.
He Mosman Diary reports that both homes were purchased well in advance of their scheduled auction dates last month.

Both were purchased a few days apart and the two sales totaled $19.4 million.
The former reality star has DA approval for the combined sites, but initially only put one property up for sale.
The plans included the construction of a three-story house with a swimming pool.
Seervai’s most recent sale appears to be an ideal home for renovation. Built around 1926 and known as Avarilla, the beautiful harborside home offers stunning water views of nearby Balmoral.
The two-story solid brick home features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a spacious open-plan layout.
Seervai’s nutrition business has started work on a new factory in Nowra, 162 kilometers from Sydney, and he reportedly wants to “be close” to his wife and family of four children.

Seervai was eliminated from MasterChef in 2010.
Despite not having made it all the way in the cooking series, he founded Essence Group, which makes supplements and sports nutrition for supermarkets such as Woolworths and Aldi.
The house will be auctioned on February 29.
