The reality show chef accused of ‘ghosting’ his pregnant wife and abandoning their children has turned up in Texas, where he works as a personal chef for Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Sheridan’s wife Nicole, 41, posted a video clip of previously missing chef Charles Withers and quickly deleted it, but not before a TikTok user copied it and shared it online.
Withers’ wife, Ashley McGuire, accused him over the weekend of abandoning their family and disappearing.
She posted her saga on social media on Saturday, asking internet sleuths to help her find him. Within a day, Nicole’s video clip of him appeared on the Internet.

Withers has appeared in Texas, where he works as a celebrity chef for Taylor Sheridan, the co-creator of Yellowstone, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Sheridan’s wife Nicole posted a video clip of the missing chef on Instagram before deleting the video, but not before ‘internet detective’ Jay Megan copied it and shared it online.
And now that she’s found it, she’s moving forward with the divorce.
She told TMZ that Withers texted her once her plea went viral, and now he’s willing to sit down and talk.
Taylor Sheridan, 54, did not respond to a request for comment, but her public relations representative contacted DailyMail.com.
The spokesperson did not confirm or deny that Withers was working for him.
But McGuire, 32, told DailyMail.com she has now confirmed her 29-year-old husband lives in Texas and believes he is working for Sheridan.

McGuire, who lives with her children in Plymouth, Massachusetts, took to the popular Facebook site Are We Dating the Same Guy? group to make several incredible accusations about her husband, who appeared on the Food Network show Chopped in 2022.
The scorned mother-of-two said she was pregnant when Charles disappeared, adding: “She has a baby she hasn’t seen in over a year and another she’s never met.”
Ashley wrote that he had “gone without a trace” and that she now wanted to harness the “power” of social media to track him down and finalize the divorce.
She wrote: “I’m really about to test the power of Facebook with this…
This is my husband, Charles Withers. He loves being the center of attention, but I’m not sure how much he’ll like this.
‘Last year, when I was pregnant with our youngest baby, he decided that being a husband and father was no longer the lifestyle he wanted and disappeared, as if gone without a trace.
‘She has a baby she hasn’t seen in over a year and another she’s never met. She moved somewhere out of state and changed her phone number.
She continued: ‘Divorcing someone who is completely unreachable is really difficult and protracted, so I’m trying to track him down to get his signature on some papers so I can finally close this chapter and move on with my life.
‘I heard his name is “Charlie” now. He’s British and charming as shit. He’s a chef and probably never mentioned that he had a wife and kids in Massachusetts.
‘If you know him, if you are working with him, if you are dating him or are friends with him, could you have him contact me or tell me where I can find him?’
Ashley’s post concluded: “A friend of a friend should know where he is.”

DailyMail.com has learned that Withers left the restaurant last summer, leaving staff and creditors in the lurch, and entered rehab in the Boston area. He also duped another restaurant that was about to open, sources tell DailyMail.com.
“He tanked the business and then just left,” a former co-owner of C Salt told DailyMail.com. “He owed me and my husband a lot of money. Then he just left.
“He had a drug problem,” added the co-owner who sold the business to Withers in 2021 on credit. “His parents contacted us and they were doing an intervention, trying to save his life.”
“The mother said they were trying to take care of things for him while he recovered,” the former owner added. “Then the parents found out the extent of his debt and that he was trying to open a second restaurant while he still owed us something.
‘He even got a liquor license for that second restaurant. She took the investors’ money. It was never opened.
Veteran attorney Theodore Schilling, who represented Withers at the time, confirmed the account.
He told DailyMail.com: ‘I was totally shocked by what happened. It was a mystery what was going through his head. We were supposed to close that second restaurant, and then he left and I haven’t seen him since.
“His wife called me distraught after that,” Schilling continued. ‘This is my 51st year in practice and I have never encountered anything like Charles. If he called me, I would offer him some good advice, but I don’t think he would take it.
“It’s the strangest thing I’ve ever dealt with.”
Yellowstone, starring Kevin Costner and Kelly Reilly, has cemented Taylor Sheridan’s place in American pop culture. He and John Linson created the program.

Withers has apparently been looking for love since leaving his wife. A woman he contacted on the dating app Bumble told DailyMail.com that she had messaged him and that her location was tracked to two Texas cities, Weatherford and Guthrie. Sheridan has properties in both cities.
He told her he worked as a personal chef, she said. His online conversations did not lead to a date, she added.
Ashley’s post sent the internet into a frenzy, as dozens of women joined in.
In a TikTok clip shared after the furor by Mary Katherine Samples, he was just one of many who analyzed the situation.

And Jennifer Shuskha, who posts on Tik Tok under the name Jay Megan and calls herself an ‘Internet Detective,’ posted Nicole Sheridan’s photo on Tik Tok on Monday.
‘Could you look at that? It’s Charles Withers, America’s trash,” she said.
