Swimsuit season is officially here and Martha Stewart is passing the baton.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum, 82, rocked a chic champagne look while stepping out to celebrate the launch of the 2024 issue at the Hard Rock Café in New York City.
She donned an ankle-length satin dress, underneath a matching champagne-colored mesh woven shawl with a fringed hem.
Stewart accessorized the look with gold earrings, a beaded necklace and matching bracelets, and finished the look with open-toed gold heels.

She previously became the oldest woman to appear on the cover of the special issue last year, which also included covers by Megan Fox, Kim Petras and Brooks Nader.
Stewart said he “doesn’t think much about age” but admitted the moment was “kind of historic.”
“Age is not the determining factor in terms of friendship or success,” he told SI. “But what people do, how they think and act, that’s what’s important and not their age.”
Although he said preparing for filming was a “challenge,” Stewart explained that the honor was “a testament to good living.”
“I didn’t starve, but I didn’t eat bread or pasta for a couple of months,” he said. “I went to Pilates every other day.”
Stewart added: “I live a clean life anyway.” Good diet, good exercise, healthy skin care and all that, but it was kind of fun.’
The television personality sported multiple swimsuit looks while modeling for the cover in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic.
She said it was “strange” to pose in a swimsuit for all those people, but she hoped people would be “inspired” by her cover.
Stewart later shut down ‘detractors’ by accusing the magazine of retouching his images and claiming he had gone under the knife.

Stewart previously became the oldest woman to appear on the cover of the special issue last year.
She explained that “there wasn’t much retouching” and that she “had absolutely no plastic surgery.”
‘I have very healthy and good hair. I drink green juice every day. I take my vitamins. “I eat very healthy,” Stewart said.
The lifestyle icon has been known to share some thirst traps in recent years, noting in 2020 that she “had 14 proposals” in photos. “I don’t know why, but they are proposals,” he added.
This year’s SI Swimsuit issue features four covers, featuring Upton, 31, Gayle King, Chrissy Teigen and Hunter McGrady.
