Evelyn Ellis made an unlikely appearance at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday, but it was the absence of her boyfriend Duncan James that got everyone talking.
The former Married At First Sight girlfriend, 28, who rose to fame on the Channel Nine dating show last year, was suspiciously alone at the A-lister event in France.
But the reality TV star was quick to assure that Duncan, 37, was unable to attend due to a scheduling conflict, she reported. 9Entertainment.
“I’ll be back (to Cannes) next year, hopefully with Duncan,” he told the publication, revealing that the cybersecurity expert was currently competing in a charity walk.
He went on to say that Duncan was participating in the YoungCare Twin Peaks Charity Challenge in Kosciuszko National Park in New South Wales.
