Married At First Sight girlfriend Sara Mesa has been making headlines for her infamous “cheating” scandal.

But the 29-year-old ignored all the drama on Saturday as she completed an outdoor workout in Sydney.

The nutritionist showed off her gym-honed figure in a black crop top and tiny shorts as she went for a run in a park.

She finished her look with a pair of comfortable black sneakers and tied her long blonde hair back.

Sara then completed a series of exercises consisting of lunges, push-ups, and step-ups.

She seemed relaxed as she completed the outdoor training alone.

The sighting comes after Tim Calwell’s best friend grilled Sara about her infamous ‘cheating’ scandal during Tuesday night’s episode.

The nutritionist became embroiled in drama when her best friend Eden Harper told her boyfriend Tim, 31, that she had met up with her ex-boyfriend behind his back.

The couple have been trying to move on from the scandal in recent days, with Sara trying to regain Tim’s trust after apologizing for lying about her whereabouts.

However, they hit another roadblock during the Homestays episode when they visited Tim’s house in the Sunshine State and talked to his friends.

Sara was interrogated intensely by Ben, Tim’s best friend, who wanted to know why she had lied about seeing her ex-boyfriend in a group with her other friends.

While telling the story to Ben, Tim and Sara also clashed over their perspectives of the situation as she insisted that she didn’t want to keep repeating the same fight.

Sara also became irritated with Ben and yelled at him for interrupting her while she was trying to defend herself, and Tim’s friend insisted that they needed to know the “context.”

Ben told the camera: “I felt like there was unresolved tension when they were telling what happened, they have different perspectives on the situation.”

She asked Sara why she decided to lie about reuniting with her ex-boyfriend, and asked her why she wouldn’t be more worried about getting caught in the lie.

“I left that out so as not to hurt his feelings,” Sara insisted.

But Ben quickly responded: “Did you think you’d get away with this?”, prompting Sara to say: “I knew deep down it was wrong.”

Ben then responded, “It sounds like a nightmare,” as Tim sat silently in the midst of the awkward, fast-paced exchange.

Sara snapped at Ben, “I don’t care about your judgment, but I don’t like it when you interrupt a story, that’s all.”

However, Ben redoubled his efforts by arguing, “We need context.”

But Sara responded: ‘I’m telling you the context but you’re interrupting. Finish the story (Tim), he won’t interrupt you.’

She then appeared exasperated when she commented that she needed “a drink”, before Tim and Ben had a private conversation about the drama.
