Married At First Sight star Lucinda Light has broken her silence on the breakdown of her relationship with ex-partner Timothy Smith.
The duo, who appeared in the 2024 series, initially left the show as friends despite failing to find romance between them.
However, recent events have caused a rift between the couple.
Fans were shocked to discover that Lucinda and Tim had quietly unfollowed each other on Instagram and untagged each other from shared photos.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Lucinda confirmed that Tim had blocked her on the social media platform.

“I don’t have any resentment on my part,” he said. “My arms and doors are always open to him.”
Tim took to his TikTok page on Sunday to share a video message with his followers, urging them to cut ties with people who don’t respect their time.
“As I went about my day yesterday, it made me think about time and how valuable it is,” he said.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Lucinda confirmed the speculation and revealed: ‘Tim blocked me. No hard feelings on my part.
‘If people don’t respect your time – and respect is a very important word – if they don’t appreciate or respect the time you give them, eliminate them.
‘Get rid of them. Time is the most valuable asset we have.
“We give it away so frivolously and for free, and if you don’t respect it or appreciate it, then get rid of them.”
According to their season 11 co-stars, Lucinda and Tim’s fight was a surprise as the pair developed a very close friendship during their appearance on MAFS.
He went on to tell his followers that they shouldn’t “let anyone waste a minute of their life and time because if they don’t respect it, they don’t deserve to have it.”
He also hinted at private reasons behind the end of their friendship, stating: “Only three or four people know the real reason.”
Closing his video, Tim expressed his goodwill toward Lucinda, saying, “I wish Lu all the best in the future.” Sometimes people’s paths take different directions.’
According to her season 11 co-stars, Lucinda and Tim’s fight has been a surprise.
Some told the publication they were confused, but suggested it could be because Lucinda is “too busy” to spend time with Tim.
Others agreed, with one star stating that “there’s a lot of resentment towards Lucinda because she’s the one who gets the most work and opportunities.”
However, they added that Tim was the least likely to be “jealous” of Lucinda’s success after the show.
