Married At First Sight boyfriend Jono McCullough has revealed why he didn’t message girlfriend Lauren Dunn to let her know he was attending the reunion with fellow girlfriend Ellie Dix.
“We were sworn to secrecy, so we were told we couldn’t tell anyone,” the 39-year-old told Daily Mail Australia on Monday.
“The last conversation I had with Lauren was abusive so I didn’t really feel the need to let her know and they told us not to, so that was the only condition for us to come back.”
Jono explained that the producers finally decided that they could attend the meeting together on the condition that they not tell anyone.
‘Yeah, [producers] “They told us, ‘You’re not allowed to talk to anyone.’ They flew us separately so they wouldn’t see us together,” he revealed.

“The only people who weren’t happy were Lauren, a little bit of Ben [Walters].’
