Former Married At First Sight girlfriend Susie Bradley has opened up about her struggle with urinary incontinence after giving birth to her first child at 21.
The 30-year-old man said 9Entertainmentshe was “naïve” about the impact pregnancy would have on her body.
She recalled visiting an indoor trampoline park three months after giving birth to her daughter Baby.
‘I remember jumping on this trampoline and I felt like I had lost my entire uterus. I didn’t do it, but it was horrible,’ she explained.
“I immediately felt wet, I knew I had to run straight to the bathroom,” she said, describing the experience as “confrontational.”

Urinary incontinence is the loss of bladder control. It affects more than six million people in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Susie said she felt “embarrassed and ashamed” at first and “took it” for a long time.
It comes after The mother of two was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) last year.
For years, the aesthetic nurse struggled with anxiety-provoking compulsions that she couldn’t understand.
Susie said she only confided in two close friends because she felt ashamed and isolated.
She recalled how she visited an indoor trampoline park three months after giving birth to her daughter Baby and was “jumping on this trampoline when I felt like I lost my entire uterus.”
speaking to 9EntertainmentThe beautician said that once she received the diagnosis she felt relieved.
People suffering from OCD have recurring unwanted thoughts, obsessions, and compulsions, leading them to engage in repetitive behaviors that gradually cause significant distress.
“The first memory I had when I was eight years old was wishing I could go on vacation and meet someone with exactly the same problem as me and who could give me a special pill and make everything better,” he said.
After being diagnosed, Susie underwent therapy, which changed her life.
