A former Married At First Sight star is going on trial to fight a serious drug trafficking charge.
Sebastian Guilhaus, star of the seventh series of the popular Channel 9 dating show, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in a commercial quantity of a controlled drug in the South Australian District Court on Friday.
Standing in the dock before Judge Paul Muscat, Guilhaus said “not guilty” under his breath after the charges were read to him.
The allegations arise from a police raid on Guilhaus’ home in Croydon in July last year, during which officers allegedly seized around 1kg of methamphetamine with a street value of around $90,000.

The 2020 season listed him as a ‘personal trainer’ and his profile listed him as ‘eccentric and goofy.’
“His eccentric and ditzy nature belies his appearance – 6’6″ with a chiseled athletic physique – and he fears that while women like his looks, they may not accept what’s inside him,” says the profile.
He was paired with girlfriend Lizzie Sobinoff, but the couple separated in 2021.
After his time on MAFS, Guilhaus turned to creating Onlyfans content.
The gym star declined to comment after leaving the court.
The trial will begin on October 13, 2025.
