Popular Married At First Sight Australia star Olivia Frazer has called on the show to step up its support for mental health following the death of MAFS New Zealand star Andrew Jury aged 33.
The builder was one of the original grooms on the first season of the reality show, which aired in 2017 when he was 26.
Her co-stars Brett and Angel Renall and Benjamin Blackwell recently announced her shocking death in a joint statement.
“It is with the deepest sorrow in our hearts that we gather to acknowledge the passing of Andrew Jury,” it said.
‘We had the absolute pleasure of filming and participating in a show that leaves us intimately linked for life.
‘Despite his struggles, Andrew was always kind and the life of the party during our shared experience and truly valued his time on the show.’
Olivia said producers should offer more support to contestants after filming.

Olivia has previously spoken about her own struggles with mental health issues after appearing on the show two years ago.
She admitted in 2022 that she suffered from anxiety and depression.
The reality star was dubbed a ‘villain’ during the dramatic 2022 season of MAFS after sharing a nude photo of Domenica Calarco among the cast, revealing her as an OnlyFans model.
Andrew as one of the original boyfriends from the first season of the reality show, which aired in 2017 when he was 26 years old.
Dom had shared the image on his public Twitter profile in early 2021 to promote his OnlyFans account, which has since been deleted.
The photo quickly spread among the MAFS cast via WhatsApp and was discussed at the first dinner after the couples retreat.
Domenica was humiliated to learn that her co-stars knew about her OnlyFans page and had seen her naked, and eventually broke down in tears.
Olivia later refused to apologize for discovering the image.
She was the victim of trolls who criticized her for the MAFS controversy when she attended red carpets or events.

Meanwhile, Brett and Angel Renall and Benjamin Blackwell sent their condolences to Andrew’s family when they announced his death last week.
“At this time our entire cast would like to send our deepest condolences and love to his family: Ben, Angel, Brett, Vicky, Haydn, Lacey, Claire, Dom, Aaron, Luke, Belinda,” they wrote in their statement.
Andrew was paired with girlfriend Vicky Gleeson-Stokes, and although the couple stayed together throughout the finale, they split after filming wrapped.
