She may have packed her bags in Monday’s episode, but Poppy Jennings actually returned to Married At First Sight several times after splitting Luke Eglin.
The 38-year-old photographer, who blamed the experts in public for linking her to Luke, rejoined the cast for a girls night on November 26, eight weeks after stopping during Intimacy Week.
She then reunited with her former “band” for the reunion episodes, which were filmed on January 15 and 16.

It wasn’t until the MAFS reunion on January 15 that Poppy and Luke met for the first time since the breakup in September.
Luke looked depressed when he arrived in the studio, where all couples of the season were welcomed for a debriefing with the relationship experts.
Since the reunion, Poppy has claimed that a “controversial incident” that occurred together during their time led to their split, but she “is not allowed to talk about it.”

Poppy and Luke were the first couple to say “I did” in the current season, but things started falling apart minutes after the ceremony when she missed her children.
In the episode of Monday, filmed at the end of September, Poppy has dumped Luke and left the show, homesick as the reason behind her abrupt exit.
After their final scenes, Poppy Luke then Tuesday in a long Facebook message accused her of feeling “uncomfortable” while filming, and added that he was “petrified” of telling her the full story of her decision to experiment to leave.
