Married At First Sight dinner turns into chaos as Melinda turns on Harrison Boon, calling it “bullsh*t” that he’s on the dating show for the right reasons – after being accused of having an outside girlfriend
At Married at First Sight’s first dinner party, there was a lot of drama from this year’s brides and grooms.
Monday’s episode saw bride Melinda Willis turn on love rat Harrison Boon and question his intentions for being on the Channel Nine dating show.
At the dinner party, Bronte told her co-stars that their marriage was ruined by a guest who claimed her groom had a secret girlfriend on the outside.

Harrison, who had been defending himself all night, was left speechless after Melinda, 32, said she didn’t believe he was on the show for the right reasons.
“I’m so confused because I’ve never met anyone who would do that on someone’s wedding day to get attention,” she explained.
“I think there’s more to it. I just don’t trust him. I don’t think she should trust him yet.
Sitting at the dinner party, Bronte told her co-stars that their wedding was ruined by a guest, who claimed her groom had a secret girlfriend on the outside.
“I think there should be more questions, more digging, to get to the bottom of this.”
Melinda then said in a piece-to-camera interview, “I don’t believe Harrison’s story. I do have some advice for Bronte and it’s “run…fast”.’
Melinda then warned Bronte to “run” after being unconvinced by her husband’s attempt to tell his side of the story to the other couples.
“The girl I was hanging out with, who knew I was doing (MAFS) messaged,” said a sheepish-looking Harrison (pictured) at the dinner table
“The girl I was hanging out with, who knew I was doing (MAFS), sent a message,” a sheepish-looking Harrison said at the dinner table.
On Monday’s episode, Bronte’s BFF Jessica Tomlinson pulled her aside to let her know that Harrison was dating her boyfriend a few days before his TV wedding.
Jessica showed evidence in the form of photos, WhatsApp screenshots and even a picture of an open suitcase, which she said was Harrison’s bag he packed the day before he left to film MAFS.
A shocked Bronte replied, “You’re lying. If that’s true, that’s my worst nightmare.’
Horrified by the revelation, Bronte stormed back to the wedding and confronted her on-screen husband.
The next day, the newlyweds shared a frosty showdown in the living room of their hotel suite after spending their first night as husband and wife sleeping in separate beds.
Harrison, who had come out early to bring coffee as a peace offering, looked apologetic as he tried to win back his wife’s affections.
Married At First Sight continues on Tuesdays at 7.30pm on Channel Nine and 9Now
