MAFS 2025 is already proving to be the most explosive season yet, with shocking revelations, unexpected connections, and jaw-dropping moments that shake up the experiment.
In a surprising twist, it has been revealed that newlyweds Jeff Gobbels and Rhi Disljenkovic were far from strangers when they said “I do” during their wedding in August.
It turns out that the couple had dated before, making their accidental pairing by the show’s so-called ‘experts’ a scandalous oversight that has had everyone talking.
Girlfriend Sierah Swepstone then assures her boyfriend Billy Belcher that “there’s nothing fundamentally wrong,” before making a funny face.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal another bombshell that rocked the experiment: bride Jamie Marinos’ astonishing confession at interloper groom Teejay Halkias’s wedding to Beth Kelly.
Jamie revealed she had slept with Teejay, who is also originally from Adelaide, in the past, at their wedding reception.
A source said: “We were all sitting at the head table, enjoying the wedding, and then Jamie came up and said, ‘I slept with TJ.’
‘The whole room froze. “It was like a grenade had gone off – no one could believe what they were hearing,” the source revealed.
One surprised guest recalled the moment vividly: ‘I just sat there and said, “What?!” He said it so casually, and we were all thinking, why would he drop that bombshell at the wedding, of all places? The whole atmosphere changed instantly.’
Beth, the newlywed who had just exchanged vows with Teejay, was also completely surprised.
“Beth had no idea about her story,” a fellow guest revealed. “This is going to blow up and definitely cause problems for them.”
Elsewhere in the announcement, girlfriend Katie Johnson tells her husband that she has no plans to launch an Onlyfans account.
The fallout from Jamie’s shocking revelation has already begun to unfold, with one guest admitting: “Someone asked, ‘Should we worry about her, Jamie?'” and the response was, “Well, we all have a problem now, don’t we?” ?”‘
“There is no doubt that all this will be on television, people are going to be lost when they see what happened.”
And it seems that this is just the beginning.
Producers have said that the drama between the couples is only going to intensify.
“We knew there would be sparks between some of the participants, but we didn’t expect so many past connections to surface,” hinted an insider on the production.
‘This season is going to be unforgettable. Viewers are in for a wild ride.’
