The incident occurred in March outside his home in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, near Emu Flat in southern Western Australia.

The scooter driver fell to the ground and injured his pelvis while the 26-year-old woman driving the vehicle immediately ran to help him.

The woman pleaded guilty in Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court on Monday to failing to give her name and address after the incident.
